Stuffed Chicken Wrapped Bacon


Unfortunately, this was on the plates of my 20 year old and his friend before I had a chance to snap a photo. However, it was really good and SUPER easy!

Stuffed Chicken Wrapped Bacon

Mix: 8 oz Cream Cheese, about 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, sprinkle with garlic (I used Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple)

 Cut 4 chicken breast in half, top with mixture and wrap with bacon. (I used peppered bacon)

Cook @ 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain pan, turn over and broil on high until the bacon is crisp

Very good and pretty!
